Hi, I’m Sofia.

Four years ago, I started this journey in my home kitchen with nothing but a dream and 25 meal prep orders. What started as a small way to serve others has grown into something much bigger than I could have ever imagined.

Cooking has always been more than just a skill for me it’s been my way of connecting with people, sharing love, and transforming lives. Over the years, I’ve poured my heart into every dish, every seasoning, and every flavor combination. These seasonings have been part of my story from the very beginning, and they represent the boldness and authenticity that SOFresh stands for.

I believe food should not only taste good but also inspire. Through hard work, faith, and the incredible support of my clients, what began as a dream turned into a thriving business serving 300+ meals weekly. And now, I’m thrilled to share the same bold, delicious flavors from my kitchen with yours.
